The Transforming Towns Place Making Grant

The Transforming Towns Place Making Grant (TTPMG) is for local businesses, social enterprises, and public bodies with projects that help to redevelop and improve town centres or their nearby areas. The programme is funded by the Welsh Government and administered by the Local Authority (Pembrokeshire County Council).  

Royffe Flynn have been successful in securing TTPMG grant funding for refurbishing vacant shops and shop frontages in Pembrokeshire. This overview has been provided to assist local businesses with applying for grant funding.
