Wincobank

At Wincobank, we were approached to provide architectural, feasibility and masterplanning services for an affordable housing development on the outskirts of Sheffield.

Working with the client, design team and local planning department, we developed a scheme of nineteen mixed-tenure homes to be built on the existing brownfield land. Set in a landscape of public and private gardens, meadows, native trees and hedges, our site proposals centre the homes around a shared village green. Each home is designed with a separate, malleable outbuilding – providing owners with the flexibility to turn the space into anything from a workshop, workspace, garage or additional bedroom.
