Royffe Flynn has built a strong, over 10-year relationship with Molonglo & Meraki Properties, a developer with international projects in Australia and Greece. As consultant Development Manager or Design Manager, depending on the project, we have played a crucial role in expanding their development portfolio. Our strategic oversight encompasses the design, development, and operation of various properties in Athens, intended for sale or rent by Meraki Properties.

In this role, we deliver comprehensive development appraisals for urban development options, including site viability assessments where we shortlist sites and develop schemes to RIBA stages 1-2. We collaborate with structural engineers and quantity surveyors to obtain costs and conduct feasibility models, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI projections. Additionally, we provide 3D CAD modeling, ensuring designs comply with Greek building codes and planning laws. Our thorough approach guarantees the viability of developments, aligns them with local regulations, and provides a clear path to investment.
