Royffe Flynn worked alongside developer Molonglo on the commercial viability of a new multi-storey car park with 214 spaces and three food vendors, reviewing the leasing impact on the Molonglo owned neighbouring property of 221 London. A leasing pack was developed to market the workspaces of the building. Royffe Flynn also developed and wrote the design brief for award winning architect Angelo Candalepas associates. The project will be complete in 2023.
