Allara Street Pavilions

33 Allara Street is an eight-storey building in the city centre. Molonglo, together with Royffe Flynn have undertaken significant improvements to 33 Allara Street, refurbishing the building and adding kiosks and new landscaping to activate the street and public spaces. As part of this work we prepared architectural designs to explore infill development opportunities. This involved generating models to test different development scenarios. Detailed Feasibility Analysis allowed us to assessed rental yields, use types and construction costs to determine the best ROI for the developer. This project demonstrated our ability to creatively add value to urban sites, ensuring optimal use and economic returns.
