Makeshift Space

Royffe Flynn designed and implemented the refurbishment of a large commerical space on the ground floor of a expansive commerical development.

We developed a brief for the project working with the key tenants including The Department of Communications and the Arts. Following this, we tested the brief spatially through an initial feasibility study, presenting layout plans, conceptual sketches and reference images. This provided detailed information to run a commercial feasibility study on the project and develop a delivery strategy for Molonglo. We developed the scheme to provide detailed information for tender and construction.
