Matrozou

Matrozou is a two-storey apartment building with a basement and a roof terrace, constructed in 1930’s (although the basement dates to 1912, and the roof annex was added in the 80s). Royffe Flynn designed and managed the full refurbishment of the building, to create two two-bedroom apartments on the ground and first floors, a roof terrace and courtyard garden. Royffe Flynn additionally acted as Development Manager on the project, project managing the design and construction process.
